What is the definition of "orphan" used by your organization?

We define “orphan” as an individual who lost both biological parents to death before his/her 18th birthday.

Where can I get copies of death certificates?
  1. Dial information (enter your area code plus the following number: 555-1212) and ask for the telephone number of your local Vital Statistics Office.
  2. Call that office. They will help you obtain death certificates.
