and effort. Eventually, you’ll feel, do and accomplish things you
never thought possible.
Positive
thinking
RUSH to the bookstore to purchase a copy of “The
Power of Positive Thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale. Why? Because
it will demonstrate how you can achieve happiness, serenity, strength
and courage. You want that, right?
If you study and apply the book’s contents, over time, your life
will dramatically change for the better. (For a testimonial, click

Talk about your feelings
Talk about your feelings to a trusted friend, relative, pastor,
etc. This is vital. It may be difficult to discuss your pain, but
it will make you feel much better and begin your journey to recovery.
If you try to ignore your painful feelings, they will only come
back to haunt you later in life. They won’t go away unless dealt
with now.

Exercise
If not already exercising, start immediately! Why? You want to feel
great and look great, don’t you? Of course you do.
Exercise will greatly help you handle your burdens. This is because
exercise emits endorphins, a “feel-good” hormone.
Exercise helps relieve:
- Stress
- Depression and anger
- and makes your mind sharp and alert
Any exercise is worthwhile, so incorporate the types of activities
you enjoy, whether weight-lifting, swimming, boxing, Pilates, yoga,
dancing, karate, etc.
Don’t take your health for granted. Good health is a precious gift
to be treasured and maintained.
If a beginning exerciser, please seek a professional for guidance
and advice.
Nutrition
Lastly, watch your diet. Yes, nutrition is important and vital.
Without proper diet, your exercise program won’t yield its best
results.
Remember, you are what you eat, so please educate yourself on proper
eating habits, learn to count calories, and watch your portion size
and fat intake.
